Hallo Everyone,

Finally Spring came and the cold wind left, but Summer is gaining on Spring’s heels, and now we have too much heat. But oh well, what can one do, the climate here is weird.

Anyways, I have something to share with you.

This past weekend was the birthday of one of my friends. I found out until a day later, but nevertheless, I decided I would do something nice for her. Here’s what I came up with.

The quote is from Anais Nin.

For this notebook, I started with a short but nice quote and sent on from there. I decided to use bold letters so they wouldn’t get lost among the curls and would stand out and give the intended message. I then made all the curls emanate from the two “S”s in Necessary, and from there expanded the theme. Finally,  I added some floating orange bubbles to complete it.

I really like how the letters came out. Although they are simple, they still look very well in the theme of dreams because of the smaller curls inside the letters.

I made this notebook using markers and silver pen for the details of the dots.
